The property figures themselves derive from aggregated Dubai Land Department (DLD) transaction records and are not linked to you. • Account information (optional). If you choose to create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. These are used only to authenticate you and provide account features. Authentication is handled by our provider, Supabase.
• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymised usage — such as page views, approximate region, device type, and referral source. This helps us improve the platform. It is not used to identify individuals.
• Information you submit. If you contact us or submit a form (for example, an enquiry via our contact form), we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message, solely to respond to you.
• Technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information (such as IP address and browser user-agent) for security and reliability purposes.

Visitor Cookie and Newsletter Sign-Ups

• Anonymous visitor cookie. We set a first-party cookie (dxb_vid) containing a random, anonymous identifier so we can recognise returning visitors and avoid repeatedly showing our newsletter popup. It is not linked to your identity unless you choose to submit the newsletter form.
• Newsletter sign-ups. If you submit our newsletter popup, we store the name, mobile number, email, and role you provide, together with the page you submitted from, so we can send you our monthly analytical reports. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the platform, to respond to enquiries you send us, to monitor and protect the security and integrity of the service, and to produce aggregate, anonymised usage statistics. We do not sell your personal information.
